This is a deep conditioner it puts back moisture in the the dryest damaged hair..
this is not meant to be used everyday..
i say twice a week
now the most effective way to get the best use of this product is after applying do not wash yet if u can place ur hair ontop of ur haed and place a cap or plastic bag and keep warm with a blow dryer..or can put some towels into the dyer and place them on ur head for at least 15 min. The heat will penetrate the conditioner deep into the cuticle(hair).
