Decoupage is the art of decorating an object by gluing cutouts onto whatever u desire, shoe box, plates, tables..whatecer u desire in my case i do walls..i used MODPODGE bought at Micheals for 8 bucks paints on white drys clear bu applying this special paint it seals it onto the wall...
