Back with a new Blonde color
this one is a PRO color so you will NOt find this at Sallys Beauty.
this color is Special Pearl Blonde in 12/89
I LOVE LOVE THIS COLOR!
And for the first time i didnt need a toner!!

So basically i retouched my roots bleached up to the pale yellow stage
let my hair air dry and applied 12/89 with a 30 developer
left it in for about 45 min, this color has NO blue purple ash tint to it
mixes blonde and stays blonde while in hair!!
if u want you hair WHITE WHITE
then u can aplly a purple based toner.

Describing this color is a coll blonde its def not silver
its a combo of warm/cool blonde and i love it!!
THIS COLOR IS EXACTLY LIKE A PEARL..AND TRUe TO THE SWATCH!!
