Whats a hair toner??
Is neutrilizes brassy hair tones to blonde hair
if u have unwanted yellow hair tones youll need a PURPLE based toner,
if u have orangy tones youll need a BLUE based toner

(same goes for darker hair)
if u have unwanted red tones a you need a ASH based hair color
and for grren tones a RED based hair color will work

NOW my fav SOOO far is the PRAVANA 901 ultra light ash
the next best and easy to find is the WELLA T18..(blue based)
there are tons of toners out ther u jus need to experience with them
