Some of us will go months with out a proper trim..in fear of going to a salon and getting a full haircut..
the longer you go with out a trim the more damage ur tiny lil split end will be..
it will actually split all the way up till it will eventually break of ..so rather then triming off an inch or so ur hair strand could actually break 4 to 5 inches....
I recomend every 6 t0 8 weeks of triming.
when you do go to a salon tell them no more than an inch "if u know ur stuff u what a trim is"
triming will ensure proper growth and stronger hair...
